Information on the terms and conditions of retraction. You have 14 days from receipt (the date of tracking the package by the carrier is reliable) to change your mind and retract.
- Send an email to sav@lesbabilleuses.com with the subject JustBB Retraction + your order reference.
- We will send you an email within approximately 4 days with the return procedure.
- After receiving this email, you will have 14 days to return the package at your own expense and under your responsibility to the French address we will provide.
- Please, return the products in perfect, new condition, unwashed and un-ironed (yes, we can see it), without animal hair or smells, etc.
- If the product has any of the above defects or is not impeccable at the time of return, a discount will be applied to the refund.
- In the case of a partial return and split payment without charges, the refund amount will be applied to the last monthly payment.
- In the case of a partial return, the gifted product must also be returned.
- The gifted product must be returned in the same condition as the items in your order.
- You will be reimbursed within two weeks of receipt and inspection of the returned products.
- Outward shipping is not refundable. Only the products will be refunded once received and meet the above conditions.
EXCHANGE?
We do not offer exchanges, as it is much simpler in terms of internal management and reduces the risk of error when separating the two processes. Returning a product is one process, while ordering another product as a replacement is another. When everything is mixed up, shipping times are longer, and we run the risk of making mistakes.
