In the case of a defective product:
Our products are guaranteed for 6 consecutive months against all manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery, from receipt of the cushion, and occurring under normal usage conditions as specified in the relevant product sheet and its attached instructions for use.
Please note that, as the cushions are filled, any defect is usually visible almost immediately. The fabric requires maintenance following the instructions provided in the product sheet and the guidelines attached to the package, which can be found below.
The warranty benefits the original owner - the person who placed the order - and is not transferable in the event of a transfer of the cushion.
The warranty does not apply:
- In cases of products damaged during transport: in this scenario, it is imperative that the recipient refuses the package, following the instructions provided via email when we sent the package. No claim will be accepted if the customer accepts a damaged package and signs for its delivery.
- To normal wear.
- To pilling.
- To natural disgorging of the cotton, if the maintenance conditions are not respected.
- In cases of improper use.
- In cases of a cursor blocked on the reverse side (self-locking cursor always meant to open on the correct side).
- In cases of leakage of pearls or alteration of the cushion if it was purchased alone, being specified that the cushion delivered without a cover can be opened or altered.
- In the event of pearl leakage due to a slider that is not fully pushed against the stop seam.
- In the event of incorrect covering or an external cover poorly positioned on the cushion.
- In the event of a cutter, scissors, or any sharp object damaging the fabric.
- In the event of the cushion being placed on or near a heat source.
- In the event of a failure to transfer (the person making the claim is not listed in our database and is not the person who purchased the product).
- In the event of sagging, it is specified on our product sheets and with complete transparency before purchase that micropearls and ecographite contain 98 % air and sag unpredictably.
- In the event of tearing in the cover if washed with the zipper open.
- In the event of a leak of pearls in the cushion when washed in the machine without its external protective cover. More generally, for any defect due to a lack of maintenance, use that is not following the instructions provided in the instructions and product sheets, or incorrect installation of the external cover.
- In the event of an odor from the pearls.
- When used in a manner other than that specified in the instructions for use.
- In the event of modifications made to the cushion (such as added or removed seams), or any other modification.
- The warranty does not cover consumables (covers, ties, refills) the wear and tear of which depends on family use
- In the event of defects resulting from an impact, lack of maintenance, overloading with weight, or excessive tension on the cushion, covers, or transport bags.
- In the event of defects resulting from a transport accident.
- In the event of repairs done by third parties.
- In the case of alteration or discoloration of the fabrics due to maintenance, washing, prolonged exposure to sunlight or inclement weather.
